Where is Heaven and Hell?

Once a friend asked me this question : “Where do you think is heaven and hell?” knowing that I was baptized as a Christian when I was young..

I pondered for a while, as this question was never in my mind for a long long time.

“When I was young, I was taught in the bible class that heaven and hell was after our life. We will be judged by God as where to go. I believed then.”

“When I grew older, I experienced heaven and hell in this world. No need to wait till after life”

Today, I see it differently. “Haven and hell is in the mind. You state of mind determines whether you are in heaven or hell.”

It this a sign of aging, or sign of wisdom?
